Boarding Agreement
This Boarding Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Poochkins – Dog Suites (“Poochkins”) and the pet owner (“Owner”) for the boarding of the Owner’s pet (“Pet”).
Owner’s Representations
The Owner represents that:
- The Pet is healthy and has received all necessary vaccinations.
- The Pet is not aggressive and has no history of biting or attacking humans or other animals.
- The Owner has provided accurate and complete information about the Pet’s needs and behavior.
Poochkins’ Responsibilities
Poochkins agrees to:
- Provide appropriate food, water, shelter, and exercise for the Pet.
- Administer any medications as instructed by the Owner.
- Make reasonable efforts to contact the Owner in case of a medical emergency.
Owner’s Responsibilities
The Owner agrees to:
- Pay all boarding fees as per the agreed schedule.
- Provide emergency contact information.
- Inform Poochkins of any changes in the Pet’s health or behavior.
Liability
Poochkins will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Pet’s safety. However, the Owner acknowledges that Poochkins is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss of the Pet unless caused by gross negligence on the part of Poochkins.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with reasonable notice. Any prepaid fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the services.
By signing this Agreement, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions herein.
